About

Hello and welcome! My name is Maria, creator of the yoga tool kit and desk yoga cards. I am a yoga teacher, and I work from home as digital marketer.

After bringing yoga into my life, I realized how difficult it was to incorporate into my regular work day. I found myself exhausted after a long day, or too tired in the morning to engage in yoga as much as I wanted to.

Realizing that my work day was the biggest cause of my stressors, and my physical inactivity resulting in mental & physical discomfort in my day to day, I wanted to create something that could counter that.

The idea for The Yoga Tool Kit and desk yoga cards came about when I was finding coworkers coming to me asking me ways to feel better, but also after myself feeling worse and worse as a result of my work day. Noticing that I wasn’t the only one struggling, I decided to create a tool that would be easy to access. I crafted these desk yoga cards with busy professionals, desk workers, and office workers in mind.

I work full time as a digital marketer, and part time as a yoga teacher. I love being able to show people the benefits of yoga, so they can start to build their own yoga tool kit, for their purposes.
